At Trailhead the health and safety of our members and employees are top-of-mind amid concerns about the spread of the Coronavirus illness (COVID-19). We continue to monitor the latest updates and want to reassure you that we’re here to help with any financial services you need during these difficult times.
As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, and if there are any other changes or disruptions to service that affect members, we will post updates to our website and social media platforms.

If you find yourself impacted by COVID-19 and in need of financial assistance, please reach out to us so that we can help you through this challenging time. Effectively immediately, we are offering the following:
- No fee on our loan Skip Pay program
- No early withdrawal penalty for withdrawing funds early from a Certificate Account
- No fee to pay your loan by phone
- Loan modification and consolidation options
- Personal loans with flexible terms and loan amounts

Branch & Remote Access
Temporary Branch Closures
To help slow the spread of the virus, following advisories from state and global authorities, we are limiting branch foot traffic:
- Our Old Town branch lobby remains open from Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm.
- Our Mississippi and Division branches are temporarily closed.
- We are no longer accepting Shared Branch transactions from non-Trailhead members.

As the Coronavirus continues to spread, we are encouraging members to utilize remote banking services. There are a variety of ways to access your everyday member services, without coming into a branch:
