Introducing the new Trailhead Chatbot

We’re excited to introduce a new, additional way for you to connect with Trailhead! The Trailhead Chatbot, available on Google Home and Amazon Alexa/Echo, will answer your questions about Trailhead right away regarding our services and financial terms.

Here are some of the things you can talk to the Trailhead Chatbot about:

  • What’s the nearest Trailhead branch location to me?
  • What’s the phone number for the Mississippi Avenue branch?
  • What does refinancing mean?
  • I’ve lost my debit card.
  • How do I apply for a credit card?
  • I’d like to set up direct deposit.

For now, the bot doesn’t require a login to use – so it doesn’t have access to any of your individual financial information and it won’t provide answers to questions about your Trailhead financial accounts. Our Online and Mobile Banking services are still the best way to get information about your accounts!

To use the bot on Google Home:

Just say “Ok Google, talk to Trailhead Credit Union.” Then you can get started asking questions!

To use the bot on Amazon Alexa/Echo:

Using the Alexa app on your phone, search for the skill “Trailhead Credit Union” and select “enable.” Once it’s added to the app, you will be able to say, “Alexa, open Trailhead Credit Union” to start a conversation.

It’s an Artificial Intelligence program that can understand questions around certain topics and respond in natural language with the information you need. The Chatbot works with Google Home and Amazon Alexa, so you will now be able to connect with us and get helpful information through either of these channels.
