Online Payments

Trailhead Credit Union offers two primary online methods to pay your loan:

1. Transfer from a Trailhead Account: Use Digital Banking to set up a one-time or recurring transfer from your Trailhead checking or savings account.
2. Payment from Another Institution (Non-Trailhead Account): Use the payment portal to make an electronic payment from an external bank account (ACH) or with an external debit card.

To pay from a non-Trailhead checking account, you will need the routing number and the account number of the external bank account you wish to pay from. To pay with a non-Trailhead debit card, you will need your debit card billing information.

Yes. You can set up recurring transfers for free using your Trailhead checking or savings account through Digital Banking. You can also set up recurring payments from a non-Trailhead account by registering in the online payment portal.

While the payment can be submitted at any time, it is generally advised to schedule payments to process before the actual due date. Payments will not be processed on weekends or holidays.

It depends on the payment method:

• Electronic Payment (ACH): There is no fee for making an electronic payment from another institution’s checking or savings account (you will need the routing and account number).
• Debit Card: A $5 card processing fee applies when using a non-Trailhead debit card.

Log in to Digital Banking and select the transfer option. You can set up a one-time transfer or a recurring payment directly from your Trailhead savings or checking account to your loan.
