Set up account alerts
Digital banking allows you to set up ‘Account Alerts’ for events that happen on the account level, such as your checking, savings, or credit card. You can set up alerts to be sent via email or text message when your balance dips below a specified dollar amount or if a withdraw or deposit is made over a specified dollar amount.
Set-up is Easy
Alerts can be edited at any time in digital banking.
- Log in
- Select the account you would like to set-up or edit an alert for
- Click “Alert preferences” in the menu
- Under Alerts:
– Click Edit next the alert you would like to change
– Change your criteria for the alert
– Click Save
With the creation of these alerts, you are helping mitigate the risk of fraud and and maintain the security of your account.
